Data Deletion Instructions

1. What this page is for
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data processed by OBSYX when using our Shopify app, Messenger integration, WhatsApp workflows, or related support services.
2. What data may be deleted
- Shop and merchant configuration data.
- Messenger connection data, including Page ID and encrypted token records.
- Conversation and support records associated with the merchant account.
- Operational logs that are no longer needed for security or compliance.
3. How to request deletion
Send an email to the support contact listed in OBSYX or in the merchant account onboarding materials and include:
- the merchant or Page name;
- the shop domain, if applicable;
- the Messenger Page ID, if the request is related to Messenger;
- a clear request to delete the data associated with the account.
4. What happens next
We review the request, verify account ownership, and delete or anonymize data where required by law and where retention is not needed for security, fraud prevention, audit, or legal obligations.
